Bill Belton was committed to Pittsburgh and was still considering them, but the Atco, N.J., native made us aware on Tuesday that the Panthers are now out of the race and it's officially down to West Virginia, Cincinnati and Penn State for his services.

Winslow Township High School wide receiver Bill Belton will no longer be considering Pittsburgh and has narrowed the choices down to West Virginia, Penn State and Cincinnati.
