In what was welcome news for West Virginia football fans (and the most significant development to come out of Wednesday's media luncheon with the Mountaineers' coaches), quarterback Geno Smith told media members he expects to be "full go" for spring practice, as recovery from surgery on the broken bone in his foot has gone well.
