Floridian In The Fold

A Florida wide receiver is the 13th commitment in West Virginia's football recruiting class of 2012

Wide receiver Devonte Robinson has added his name to WVU's quickly-qrowing football recruiting class. A 6-2, 175-pound wide receiver from Delray Beach, Fla., Robinson is the second wideout in the class, joining Deontay McManus of Baltimore's Dunbar High School.

Robinson is well-schooled in the attack he will join at WVU, as he described in an earlier interview with BlueGoldNews.com.

"My route running and hands are two of my best attributes," he said. "I'm a good blocker on the edge, too. We run the spread, and we usually have two different routes we can run on each play when it's called, so I can read the defense and choose the best one to run."

Robinson also had offers from Connecticut, Illinois, Minnesota, Memphis, Wake Forest and several other MAC schools.
