WVU head basketball coach Bob Huggins met with the media following the Mountaineers' Gold and Blue Debut which kicked off the men's basketball season.

Huggins wasn't overly impressed with West Virginia's offense, but the squads combined for 174 points in the Gold team's 94-80 win. WVU benefited from 12 three-pointers and a combined 48.9% shooting rate from the field.
