Video: Bob Huggins Interview

WVU head coach Bob Huggins said that his team's inability to assimilate the intricacies of scouting reports and game plans has contributed to the squad's 4-4 record to date.

Following preparations for the #3 Michigan Wolverines, Bob Huggins noted that his team has failed to execute many of the things he and his coaches have reviewed prior to each game. Whether that's due to simple inattention, excitement in the heat of the game or a failure to learn, the problem is that the Mountaineers aren't doing the things the game plan calls for.

That problem gave Huggins the chance to relate a story from his days at Walsh college, and a lesson from Sister Maria Elena on the way different people learn.

Huggins also discussed the challenges of defending a Michigan team that executes its offense to near perfection, and the one thing that every attack shares in college basketball. Recommended Stories
