The Mountaineers struggled to get easy baskets this season, something guard Jabarie Hinds said the team's opponent on Wednesday night, Baylor, has excelled at. Since that first game, the Bears have struggled to shoot in three consecutive losses.

Coach Bob Huggins said that while Baylor's Brady Heslip proved problematic in the first matchup between these teams (making six 3-pointers), Heslip's success -- and that of the entire BU team -- centers around the play of point guard Pierre Jackson. Thus, West Virginia must contain Jackson, who finished with 15 points and nine assists in the first meeting.
