A look at West Virginia's special teams, quick change and footwork drills and instruction from new assistants Tony Gibson and Brian Mitchell from the first day of spring practice.

Gibson, in his second stint with the Mountaineers, instructs on punt protection technique during the opening practice on Sunday.

Head coach Dana Holgorsen and assistants Joe DeForest, Gibson and Mitchell oversee more special teams work.

Defensive coordinator Keith Patterson leads a quick change/on-and-off drill.

Mitchell focuses on backpedaling and weave footwork in this individual unit session.
