Two For Two

For the second time in two days, West Virginia University has nabbed a commitment from a local football standout.

Over the weekend, WVU got a commitment from rising junior Stone Wolfley. Today, the Mountaineers got the word from offensive lineman Amanii Brown, a rising senior with a great deal of love for the program.

"I've always been a West Virginia fan. I've been cheering for them since I could walk," he told BlueGoldNews.com.

A versatile blocker who can play multiple positions along the offensive line, Brown is the third commitment in West Virginia's class of 2014.

Brown was receiving interest from Florida State, Cincinnati, UTEP and Akron prior to committing to WVU.

BlueGoldNews.com will have more from Brown coming up shortly.
