BGN Video: Gibson, Mitchell Talk Defense

Through the first two days of practice, the West Virginia coaching staff has been focusing on teaching more than anything.

With the Mountaineers practicing without pads and inside of the Caperton Indoor Practice Facility for the first three days of spring practice, there's not much else WVU is able to do.

But that's not a bad thing for the West Virginia defense, which is looking to continue to improve under first-year coordinator Tony Gibson this season.

After Tuesday's practice, Gibson and cornerbacks coach Brian Mitchell talked about the progress that they have started to see through the first few days and what they can expect to accomplish during the early portion of spring practice.
