Future Addition

West Virginia continued to reach into the future with the commitment of a center to its class of 2010.

Storm Stanley, who plays for St. Francis DeSales High School in Toledo, Ohio, has reportedly made a verbal commitment to WVU. Stanely will fill another need for frontcourt players for West Virginia, which will be somewhat undersized duing the 2008-09 season.

Stanley is an AAU teammate of 2010 commit Noah Cottrill of Poca, W. Va. The pair are playing for the Ohio basketball club at various summer events, including the adidas It Takes 5 Classic and the Triple S Harley Davidson Classic in Morgantown.

The Ohio basketball club is 17-5 in AAU action this summer.
