minutes in two games that won WVU its third straight
division title. She recorded five saves, facing 13 shots
over the weekend, while improving her goals-against
average to 0.42 in 18 games between the posts.
Rowing will race just its second regatta of the fall on
Nov. 1, when the team travels to the Head of the Occoquan,
in Fairfax Sation, Va.

rifle and smallbore, 2352-2329 and 2314-2297, respectively … both the team aggregate and team air rifle scores
are school records … freshman Michael Kulbacki trounced the previous air rifle record, adding five points for a 596
score … combined with his smallbore score of 574, the newcomer finished the day with a personal-best aggregate
score 1170 … sophomore Andy Lamson battled Kulbacki for the air rifle record, bouncing back from an slightly-off
smallbore relay (570) to shoot 592 in air rifle … sophomore Tommy Santelli proved his strength in both disciplines,
shooting personal bests in air rifle (589) and smallbore (583) for a school-record aggregate score of 1172 … the
Prosperity, Pa., native lost only three points in his final four air rifle strings (100, 98, 99, 100) after shooting 96 in

Blue Division leader, Notre Dame, at 7 p.m. … WVU is 2-0-1 all-time against Marquette and owns a 4-7-1 all-time

The Mountaineers fell in a hard-fought match against No. 6/6 Maryland, 1-0, at Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium
on Oct. 21 … WVU put together numerous scoring opportunities, but was unable to solve Maryland goalkeeper Zac
MacMath … sophomore goalkeeper Zach Johnson made five saves against the Terps … at the Hoyas on Oct. 25,
