“West Virginia still has a 75-percent chance,” Doug Rigg said. “But I don’t want to commit yet. I had a great senior season and I’ll be sending out some more tape to see if I get some more looks.” Rigg, Scout.com's No. 58 outside linebacker, still favors West Virginia solidly over Iowa, Rutgers and Louisville. “They’re recruiting me the most,” he said about the Mountaineers.
