Rutgers walk-on senior cornerback Billy Anderson was pressed into duty because of an injury to starter Devin McCourty. After a shaky start, Anderson responded to have a big game, including scoring on an interception return in the 45-24 defeat of Central Florida in the St. Petersburg Bowl at Tropicana Field.
