Nebraska seems to like those non-nonsense people from Youngstown, Ohio. And today they added another. This one came in the form of Braylon Heard, a standout running back from Cardinal Mooney High School. For Heard, the Ohio connections at Nebraska were good, but deciding to go there was a combination of things.
