| Lindsey shows good size, quickness and excellent speed, especially north/south. He displays good range in the open field and can be physical. As a running back, Lindsey is a straight ahead back that runs with power (reminds you of T.J. Duckett). Overall, he looks like a talented player that could emerge as a strong side or middle linebacker. Lindsey has a nice frame that could add weight. |

| As a senior, Lindsey rushed for 743 yards on 151 carries. He registered 90 tackles, eight sacks, four forced fumbles and an interception. He was named to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette "Fabulous 22" team. He was also named to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review "Terrific 25" team. He was named first team All-Conference by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
Lindsey, put up some impressive stats as a junior. He ran for 1,234 yards and 19 touchdowns on 166 carries. On defense, he registered 92 tackles, 11 sacks, three fumble recoveries, one interception and a defensive touchdown. He earned first team All-Conference offense and defense and honorable mention All-State.
Final senior season (10-1) stats: 90 tackles, eight sacks, four fumbles caused and one interception. Offensively, he had 800 yards rushing for 11 touchdowns.
He benches 350-pounds, squats 450 and has a 36-inch vertical jump.
He reports a 3.3 core GPA and a 910 SAT (old) and 1280 SAT (new). He will retake the test in January.
Brandon Lindsey: "I see the field well and am quick to the ball," Lindsey said. "I have great breakaway speed and am a strong tackler. I still want to work on my lateral speed and footwork. I want to be able to make more plays on defense and get to the edge on offense better." |
