| Kerns will pass anyone's look test he is built like an adonis. He is powerful and fast. A very talented North-South runner. he has tremendous hands out of the backfield. |
| Biography: |
| As a senior, Kerns rushed for 1,719 yards and 24 touchdowns in nine games before being sidelined by an ankle injury. He was named Washington Post All-Metro.
Accounted for 3,000 all purpose yards as a junior while splitting time in the backfield, where he rushed for nearly 1,000 yards. Also had 15 TDs.
Excellent hands, which he displays in catching the ball and in returning both kickoffs and punts.
Also a standout track performer in sprints and relays. Named the Frederick News-Post indoor track Athlete of the Year for the 2005-06 season. |
