Biography:
As a senior, Hogan passed for 2,430 yards, ran for 1,781 and was responsible for 59 touchdowns as he led Osbourn to the Virginia AAA Division 6 championship. Hogan was named Washington Post All-Metro

Threw for 2,045 yards and 18 touchdowns as a junior. Hogan accounted for 3,183 total yards and 36 touchdowns.

He was named VHSCA 1st team All-State as a quarterback.
